Integrative Pelvic Bodywork:
Holistic Care for Your Pelvic Wellbeing
Integrative Pelvic Bodywork is a gentle, trauma-informed modality designed to support the physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing of the pelvis — for women, trans men, trans women, non-binary folks, and anyone with a uterus or vagina. This deeply respectful work helps release tension, restore alignment, and reconnect you with your body’s natural strength, resilience, and wisdom.
The Pelvis: Your Body’s Foundation
The pelvis is much more than a structure of bones; it is the foundation that supports your entire torso, influences posture, and connects upper and lower body movement. Its alignment affects how you walk, breathe, and carry yourself throughout daily life. Muscular imbalances in the pelvis, whether too tight or too loose, can ripple out, causing discomfort or affecting overall mobility and core stability.
Breath, posture, and nervous system regulation are intimately tied to pelvic function. Because the pelvis houses important nerves and muscles that support vital bodily functions, tension or trauma stored there can also impact emotional wellbeing.
Balanced pelvic health is essential for physical comfort and holistic vitality.

What to expect in a session:
Integrative Pelvic Bodywork combines external and internal techniques to gently assess and support the pelvic and abdominal tissues. Sessions always begin with a thorough conversation about your needs, intentions, and comfort level. Nothing is ever done without your full and informed consent.
Using a blend of gentle myofascial release, breath awareness, and subtle internal work (when appropriate and agreed upon), this approach helps restore mobility and balance to the muscles and fascia of the pelvic bowl, abdomen, and surrounding structures. These techniques can help soften overactive muscles, wake up underactive areas, improve blood and lymph flow, and support the nervous system in settling and integrating change.
