Bodywork is an vital part of  longevity, where the focus is not only on how you are feeling today but how you will feel in the years to come. With individualized treatments, I strive to support each clients wellness practice, with a focus on freeing the pathways of movement in the body, reducing physical and mental stressors, and offering mind-body awareness education. When the body and mind can flow with more ease, so our lives can become more enjoyable.

I begin each session with a personalized intake session, discussing where the most work is needed and what techniques would best serve you in that moment. Holistic massage means incorporating all the techniques available to create the greatest benefit for the body, mind, and spirit. I end many sessions with simple homework - movement or lifestyle suggestions - to support the work that was done, and help each client create an easy to follow self care plan.
