Bodywork is an important component of a longevity practice, where the focus is not only on how you are feeling today but how you will feel in the years to come. With individualized treatments, we strive to support our clients in reducing pain and stress through freeing the pathways of movement in the body and offering mind-body awareness education. We believe that when the body and mind can flow with more ease, so our lives can become more enjoyable.
We begin each session with a personalized intake session, determining where the most work is needed and what techniques would best serve the client at that time. We end many sessions with simple movement instruction to support the work that was done, and help each client create an easy to follow self care plan.
