Time: I always encourage both first time and regular clients to ideally plan for the entire session to go for 15-20 minutes longer then the massage duration that they have selected (i.e. allot a full 2 hours when scheduling a 90 minute session) to allow for us to chat both before and after the session. That way you will never feel rushed or have to jump right back out into the fray after a relaxing treatment. If you do have a particular time that you need to be out of my office by, certainly let me know and I will be sure to get you out the door on time!
Payment: I accept cash, check or credit card for payment. Payment is expected at time of service. Cancellation Policy: I am always happy to help you with rescheduling an appointment, but ask that all cancellations be made at least 24hrs before the time of the appointment. Cancellations made less then 24hrs in advance (as well as no shows) will be billed 50% of the session rate. Exceptions can be made under special circumstances.
