As a wellness provider, the health and wellbeing of my clients is of utmost importance. As we move forward with opening with COVID-19 still a global health concern, I have made the a number of changes to keep my office as safe as possible. Please review the following policies before coming in for your treatment:
I ask that all patients properly wear masks or face coverings during their massage. If you forget your mask, I will provide you with one. I will be wearing a mask for the entirety of the service.
For the time being, I will be limiting the number of people I see in a day and extending the amount of time between sessions.
I am taking extensive measures to ensure surfaces are disinfected thoroughly and regularly. I will be running a UV/Hepa Air Filter in the room during and after all treatments, as well as airing out the room between clients.
Per The Oregon Health Authority regulations, I ask that when you arrive, you please wait in a vehicle or on the street level and call to notify me of your arrival.
I will be meeting you at your vehicle to both take your temperature with an infrared thermometer and ask a few screening questions prior to the appointment. Anyone with a temperature 100 degrees or above will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Before your treatment, I ask that you first wash your hand for at least 20 seconds using soap and water. I will be sanitizing the restroom before and after each client and you will be the only person using the restroom during that time.
I have suspended all tea and water service and encourage you to bring your own water bottle during this time. Please limit the items brought into the building to essential items only – such as car keys, wallet, or cell phone.
Sneeze or cough protocol: If you need to sneeze or cough, please let me know so I can leave the room, and I will do the same.
I ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE HAD A FEVER, OR COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, OR ANY SYMPTOMS OF RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, TO PLEASE CONTACT ME AND TO RESCHEDULE YOUR MASSAGE.
I ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE BEEN CLOSE CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD THESE SYMPTOMS OR BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH COVID19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, TO PLEASE CONTACT ME TO RESCHEDULE YOUR MASSAGE.
Our medical knowledge of COVID19 is still changing, and I will strive to stay updated with the latest informed medical information. It is important to let your massage therapist and other healthcare providers know if you have had a positive COVID-19 test or have experienced COVID-19 symptoms at any point in the past. If you have had a positive COVID19 test or COVID19 symptoms in the past, I will be asking some additional health screening questions.
